TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works is an all-in-one video mastering application with numerous video encoding, editing, and enhancement functions as well as tools for import/format conversion/material creation.

High-Speed Hardware Encoder “NVENC” Support
TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works supports NVENC, a hardware encoder that offers fast, precise encoding on Intel(r), AMD(r), and NVIDIA GPUs for real-time and high performance processing of multiple formats and resolutions.
New to the Cut Edit window is a split point button, which enables you to cut multiple scenes quickly by splitting up the screen into arbitrary intervals. This feature makes for quick and accurate cuts in scenes without manually setting start/end range markers each time, as well as providing you with access to detailed viewing via preview image or audio waveform.
HDR output settings have been added, making it simple and straightforward to produce videos in a wider brightness range than conventional HD videos. Furthermore, the HDR preview display mode can display more colors than regular monitors for a more authentic viewing experience when reviewing results of your work.
Batch Tool makes it possible to pre-register multiple projects and output them sequentially, which comes in handy if you have many files to convert or are working with a PC with limited processing power. TMPGEnc Authoring Works 6 provides an incredible interface that makes authoring videos effortless, with support for animated GIF importation and no conversion or re-encoding when switching output formats. In addition, its smart rendering function ensures maximum quality by not altering or compressing original data when switching formats.
TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 7 not only offers a “Normal Mode,” which provides for simple file output, but it also has a timeline mode which enables you to easily link multiple files together by aligning them from top to bottom. Furthermore, this timeline mode lets you easily create picture-in-picture effects and animation transformation with just a few mouse clicks.
An “Easing” effect has been introduced which accelerates, decelerates or varies the speed of animation or transition, thus increasing their movement and making your clips more effective and appealing to viewers.
Supports Real-Time Switching of the HDR Display
TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works supports real-time switching of the preview display from HDR mode at any point during editing, even while working. By switching on this mode, you can check the final color palette without switching out to output preview windows and verify it before saving and exporting your work.
HDR formats for outputting to high bit range display devices are supported, including DPX, OpenEXR, JPEG 2000 and JPEG XR. Furthermore, an arbitrary color profile can be selected in the output settings as well as metadata necessary for HDR color detection such as the chromaticity coordinate and max/min luminance of mastering monitor.
Project management menu now features an archiving feature that creates archive files of entire projects (including related source files). By saving projects as archive files, data can easily be transported or shared across locations.
The Title function now supports Ruby characters that can easily be added using an easy tag system. Font family and size settings as well as centering an insertable text option can also be customized easily. Lastly, an Easing Effect has also been made available which adds effective movement by gradually accelerating, decelerating or variatig an animation effect.
