David Rochon, Upromise President, Joins Modiv Media’s
Board of Directors

Upromise President David Rochon has joined its board of directors.
Rochon brings decades of retail media experience to Modiv as the
company begins aggressively rolling out its self-service
shopping/in-store digital media solutions.
Rochon’s more than 25 years in the industry spans the
Internet, in-store marketing services, retail and manufacturing. Under
Rochon’s leadership, Upromise and its partners have contributed more
than $450 million to Upromise members’ college savings accounts.

Prior to joining Upromise, Rochon co-founded and was
president and CEO of SuperMarkets Online, Inc. (a subsidiary of
Catalina Marketing Corporation) the industry's leading
Business-to-Consumer e-commerce savings platform. He also was senior
vice president of sales at Catalina Information Resources, Inc.
