Ann Raider
Ann is the CEO of inStream
Media, an international in
store marketing network bringing brands and consumers
together at
the point of sale at national retailers. Prior to joining inStream she
served
as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Retail
Partnerships
for Affinity Solutions. Prior to joining Affinity Solutions, Inc . Ann
was
Chief Strategy Officer for Vertis Communications where she led North
America
sales and marketing teams. She will also directed the company's short
and long
term strategy, build new programs for clients, expanded the product
portfolio
and lead acquisitions. Ann has also served as senior vice president of
sales
and marketing at News America Marketing. She co-founded Consumer Card
Marketing, Inc. (CCMI), a leading international loyalty-marketing firm
with an
expertise in database marketing and CRM, which she sold to News America
Marketing. She held senior management positions at Shawmut
National
Corporation, The Gillette Company and H.P. Hood, and Stop & Shop
Supermarkets.
Raider also worked with Staples and Bank One, serving as a marketing
consultant.

Craig Underwood
Craig Underwood is the Managing Partner of
Underwood Partners, a Boston based consulting firm with deep expertise
in three areas: Helping large enterprises understand, engage with and
profit from the philosophy and applications of Web 2.0; Developing and
optimizing data-based coalition loyalty programs; and Leveraging the
internet to monetize fan bases, affinity groups and other communities.
Prior to Underwood Partners, Craig’s experience includes serving as a
Partner at both Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group, Bain’s
nonprofit affiliate; Founder and CEO of the Loyalty Group/Air Miles
Canada; Interim CEO of Sports Loyalty Services; Co-Founder of Social
Sphere Strategies and four years as an independent consultant. He has
served on over 10 start-up, corporate and nonprofit boards. He was a
founding board member of The Loyalty Group, Sports Loyalty Systems,
Horizons for Homeless Children, Start Smart and Year Up, the innovative
workforce development program that recruits and trains inner-city young
adults for entry level technology jobs.

Jim Spaeth
Jim Spaeth is a co-founder of Sequent Partners,
LLC, a brand and media metrics consultancy. Prior to Sequent Partners,
Jim served as President of ARF, The Advertising Research Foundation,
for seven years. Under Jim's leadership, ARF expanded its scope
to incorporate all aspects of market research practice on a global
basis and established ARF's mission as a profitable business through
effective research and insights. Prior to his leadership role at ARF,
Jim spent more than a decade developing new research tools to improve
clients' business performance while leading the media research and
planning function at General Foods and Young & Rubicam. Jim is the
co-author of Market Research Matters and numerous articles, as well as
a frequent conference speaker. He has served on the boards of a
number of industry associations.

Greg Stuart
Greg Stuart – with more than two
decades of experience in internet start-ups, digital media and
traditional advertising – is a recognized thought leader in digital
media and advertising and was selected by Ad Age as one of “10 Who Made
Their Mark” in 2006. He is the former CEO and President of the
Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), the trade group for the
interactive advertising and marketing industry where he led the
industry from $6 to $17 billion annually. Ad Age identified his recent
book, “What Sticks: Why Most Advertising Fails and How to Guarantee
Yours Succeeds” as “One of 10 books you should have read.” He led
marketing and business development at Cars.com – pushing them to number
1 in the category 6 months – and was VP of Business Development at
Flycast Networks. He's been a Venture Partner, interim CEO
of two ad technology companies, launched Sony's ‘The Station’ and built
the first interactive division at the world’s leading direct marketing
agency, Wunderman (a subsidiary of Young & Rubicam). He was on the
board of Rapt, Inc., which sold to Microsoft, and the board of Allyes
in China, which sold to Focus Media. He volunteers his time to
SEMPO, IAB Mexico and the Mobile Marketing Association as well as
serving on the advisory boards of more than ten venture-backed
companies while speaking around the world on the Internet and failings
of Advertising.

Dave Sommer
David Sommer is Managing Partner, MEC
Retail/Mediaedge:cia. Dave was the Founder and President of Retail
Media Link (RML), a retail marketing company. In February, 2006
Mediaedge:cia acquired Retail Media Link, whose proprietary RML
technology is the cornerstone of MEC Retail’s new offering. Prior to
founding Retail Media Link, Inc., Sommer was a Vice President at
Y&R Advertising and led the Branding@Retail activity for Consumer
Packaged Goods (CPG) clients . For the past 10+ years, Dave has
partnered with CPGs and major retailers to develop integrated marketing
plans that build brands, generate consumer excitement, activate
shoppers, enhance retailer/supplier relationships and drive sales
growth.
